Week 6 recaps

Week 6
Open Division
Boogie Events 70 v. Balls Out 42
Welcome to Week 6 of the Open Division! We are beginning to separate the contenders from the others! Boogie Events is emerging as one of the favorites to win the league. The talent on this team rivals some of the best we've seen. Led by Cardell Butler (22p 7r) and Zo (18pts), Boogie totally dominated the game from the jump ball to the final horn! As a team, Boogie shot an impressive 51%, 23-45 fgs from the field including 10-17 (59%) from beyond the arc! Unfortunately for Balls Out, their 3-ball was not falling! They shot it at 15% (3-20 3pt) for the game! They were led by Jordan (14p 3r 3a) and Tang (11pts). They shot a mere 35% (18-51 fgs) from the field. Boogie Events led the game wire to wire, en route to a 70-42 victory!

PrimeTime was missing a few of their main guys and then they lost Antwan (had to leave early), who had 17pts and 10rebs in the first half before departing. They hit 8-18 (44%) from long range in the second half, led by Warn who hit 3-3pt shots en route to an 18pt night! Duke played BIG as he grabbed a game high 15rebs!
